We work with all major insurance carriers and can assist you in documenting damage for your claim. However, we make no guarantee regarding insurance coverage, claim approval, or reimbursement amounts. Any insurance-related outcome is solely between you and your insurance provider.
You are responsible for understanding your policy terms, deductibles, and coverage limits. Our assistance with documentation does not constitute legal or insurance advice.
We offer 24/7 emergency response services. For scheduled non-emergency appointments, we ask that you provide at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule.
We reserve the right to reschedule appointments due to crew availability, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control. We will notify you as promptly as possible in such situations.
Payment terms will be outlined in your service agreement or invoice. By agreeing to receive services, you agree to pay all fees associated with the work performed as outlined in your written estimate or final invoice.
Unpaid balances may be subject to collection proceedings. You agree to reimburse us for any reasonable costs incurred in collecting unpaid amounts, including attorney fees where permitted by law.
